Anne Phung Nguyen
Anne Phung Nguyen is my name. I'm Vietnamese American Entrepreneur living in Orange County California. My amazing fiance JP, and my happy-go-lucky Dad Henry are also part of our extended family. A lot of people know me as @annephung on Instagram which is where I share my adventures ranging from upwards to the downwards. I moved to America with my family and brothers in the year 1990. At 1 1/2 years old. young. I'm not here sharing my life with you if it weren't for my parents love dedication and hard work. When I realized that I had the potential to be a successful person, I was determined to succeed and make my parents happy. My goal was to study to graduate, and then get an excellent job. Then I wanted an empathetic wife and children. My idea of success was to attend college, graduate and get an employment in a corporation. After that, I'd marry to buy a home and have kids. However, life was not so sure. In 2013, I found that I hated being in my company job. Money and status did inspire me. I thought I was wasting time for a paycheck. As I navigated my way through a different career path, I discovered that I was meant to work as personal trainer. I enjoyed exercise, I loved having fun and I loved helping people. In 2014, I launched my own business, and in the year in 2021, I'll be celebrating my 7th birthday. As a Asian woman in the industry, there are very few. In the coaching industry, I want to change the world by providing quality training to help others become more healthy and happy. Furthermore, I try to motivate others to follow the goals they have set for themselves in order to achieve whatever they want to achieve. My professional career began to take off when I was enjoying the highest successful times of my life. However, my mother died just as my professional life began to fall off. The battle she fought for eight years with the disease is over and she rests in Heaven. She will always remain in my thoughts and brain. We can learn a lot from life, even though we might not be able to spot it in the moment. It was my mother's abrupt death that altered my life for the better. In my opinion, it gave me an opportunity to live my life. Her passing in the year of Tet/Lunar New Year Day was an opportunity for her to begin a new life. It was my second chance to live a full and happy life. As I approach my 30s I feel a sense that I am alive and living. I'm not feeling as if I'm just a mere existence anymore. When I share my experience, I hope that my words will resonate with you. My hope is to aid you in understanding that you're never alone. You have the capacity to succeed in everything you desire. Since death is the only thing there is in this world I want you to enjoy living your life to the fullest and leave with no regrets.
